Volunteers are the heart and lifeblood of our community, with many volunteers forming the backbone of the service we provide at Breckfield & North Everton Neighbourhood Council. Without the time, skills, abilities, dedication and  commitment given by you our local volunteers, BNENC would be unable to provide the support it offers to groups and individuals in our community.
